Fund Your Wallet
Topping up your Smile Identity Wallet
Each action or job you run deducts a certain amount from your wallet based on product and ID Type. To keep running actions through our system, your wallet should be sufficiently funded. To add funds to your wallet, follow the steps below:

    Log in to your portal
  2. 2.
    Click on "Billing" in the sidebar menu
  3. 3.
    Click on “Add Funds
  4. 4.
    Select your currency of choice (we currently support US Dollars, Nigerian Naira and Kenyan Shillings)
  5. 5.
    Fill in your amount
  6. 6.
    Click "Save", then Make Payment
  7. 7.
    Depending on the currency selected, you will be presented with a modal with different payment options (supported payment option per currency is listed below)
  8. 8.
    Input the required details and follow the prompts on the modal
  9. 9.
    Your Smile Identity wallet will be credited as soon as payment is completed

We support only Mastercard and Visa cards. Verve cards are currently not supported.

Kenya (Shillings)

Supported Payment Options:
  • MPesa
  • Debit/Credit cards
To use your Kenyan debit/credit card, you need to call your bank to authorize the transaction.
